How do I access Wukla?
You can access Wukla at https://beta.wukla.com where you can upload documents, sign them or send to others to sign.
Is Wukla a lawyer referral service?
Wukla is an agreement/contract management platform and does not pffer legal advice on the contracts generated.
Is my information secure with Wukla?
Your information is secured on the Wukla platform through SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure hosted.
Does the final price I pay cover the cost of the stamp paper?
Yes, the price shown on the review and order placement page is final.

I forgot my username or password
When entering your email id and password, click on "I forgot my Password" and follow the steps detailed. To ensure security and safety, we require email and/or text verification.
How do I sign my document electronically?
Once you have reviewed your document, click on "SUBMIT" and you'll be redirected to the Paksign page where you can sign your document and download it too.
Is there a limit on making agreements/contracts?
Yes,there is a limit on the number of generations depending on the package you have subscribed to. Have a look at the different packages Wukla offers here.
I want to terminate my registration.
To terminate your registration simply click on "Account", scroll down and click on "Delete my Account"

I am having issues with payment
The payment page requires you to enter exactly the same credentials as on your credit/ debit card. In addition, please make sure that you have enabled online banking through your bank.
I want to change my registered email address
To chame your email address, go to "Accounts", click on email and add or remove an existing email.
How do I pay?
Wukla accepts payment by card and has no specific requirement of credit or debit card. Once you click on "pay" you will be directed to a new and secured webpage where you will have to enter your payment credentials.
